🚨 Hiring: 2 Contract Project Manager Roles 🚨

I’m currently working on two Project Manager contract roles with strong visibility, stakeholder engagement, and enterprise-level delivery exposure.

Role 1: Senior Project Manager – Audit / ITAM / ServiceNow
This is a high-visibility audit remediation initiative with direct exposure to senior and executive leadership.
Role focus:
You’ll be responsible for managing project plans, timelines, scope, deliverables, audit validation plans, evidence collection, and closure packages. This role will work closely with Global Technology Enterprise Platforms, including VP and Director-level stakeholders across ITSM and ITAM.
Must-have experience:
• 10+ years of project management experience
• Hands-on experience with audit / regulatory requirements
• IT Asset Management / IT currency project experience
• Intermediate to advanced MS PowerPoint and Excel skills
Nice to have:
• ServiceNow platform experience, especially ITAM module
• Financial services / banking experience
• Spanish bilingual skills would be an asset

Role 2: Senior Project Manager – Capital Markets / Business Case Delivery
This role is focused on building business cases, coordinating technology initiatives, managing stakeholder communication, and supporting executive steering committees and operating committees.
Role focus:
You’ll work alongside BAs to build business cases, develop technology and finance cost estimates, coordinate technical activities, run daily Scrum meetings, and present proposals, reports, and findings to senior stakeholders.
Must-have experience:
• 10+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of Capital Markets experience
• Strong Microsoft Suite experience: Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
• JIRA and Confluence experience
Nice to have:
• Clarity
• MS Project
• PMP certification
• CSM certification
• CPA, MBA, or CFA
Soft skills we’re looking for:
• Strong communication
• Stakeholder management
• Time management
• Conflict resolution
• Ability to work with executive-level committees

The strongest candidates will have a proven background managing complex enterprise projects, strong executive communication, and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and delivery discipline to fast-moving environments.
