🚨 We’re Hiring: Human Resources Generalist 🚨

Are you an HR professional with experience in full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration? We have an exciting opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing organization as a Human Resources Generalist!

📍 Location: Whitby, ON (Hybrid)
📅 Duration: 6-Month Contract
💲 Compensation: $30–$37/hour

Key responsibilities include:
✔ Full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
✔ New hire orientation and employee training
✔ Employee relations and HR administration
✔ Benefits and pension program support
✔ HRIS updates and employee record management
✔ Payroll liaison and employee support
✔ Supervisory and management training on HR-related topics

What we’re looking for:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources
✅ 4+ years of HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
✅ Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
✅ Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills
✅ CHRL or CPHR designation preferred
