Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Sr. Frontend Developer – Angular/Capital Markets. In this position, you will design and develop high-quality, responsive web interfaces that deliver seamless user experiences, collaborating closely with UX, product, and backend teams to meet complex business needs.

Pay rate range (CAD): $80.00/hr – $115.00/hr

Responsibilities

Develop responsive and dynamic web interfaces using Angular and React frameworks.
Convert UX designs into clean, reusable, and maintainable UI components.
Optimize interfaces for accessibility, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
Integrate user interfaces with RESTful APIs for real-time data updates.
Write unit tests, participate in code reviews, and troubleshoot UI issues efficiently.
Desired Skill-Set

7+ years of front-end/web development experience.
Proven experience delivering production applications with React 19 and Angular 21+.
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, NgRx, or Context API.
Familiarity with modern build tools like Webpack and Vite.
Hands-on experience with unit testing frameworks like Jasmine and Jest.
Experience using Angular Material for UI component design.
Nice to Have

OpenFin experience.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with CSS frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
Performance optimization skills.
Exposure to lightweight JS frameworks, e.g., Mithril.js.
