HR & Payroll Systems Support Analyst

We’re hiring: HR & Payroll Systems Support Analyst 📍 Mississauga, ON (Onsite) | 12-Month Contract

We’re partnering with a large enterprise organization seeking an HR & Payroll Systems Support professional to join a collaborative HRIS/Payroll Systems team supporting enterprise payroll and HR platforms.
This is a great fit for someone with:
✅ 3–5 years of HRIS / Payroll Systems / Application Support experience
✅ Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Workday, UKG/Kronos, Ceridian, or ADP
✅ Strong understanding of Canadian payroll concepts
✅ Experience with testing, troubleshooting, QA, or systems support
✅ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✅ Interest in HR technology and enterprise systems
What you’ll be doing:
• Supporting HR and payroll systems operations
• Assisting with testing, system enhancements, and issue resolution
• Working closely with Payroll, HR, IT, and vendors
• Supporting QA/UAT activities and documentation
• Helping improve system processes and user experience
💰 Pay Rate: $33–$43/hr T4
📍 Location: Mississauga, ON
🏢 Work Model: Fully onsite initially for onboarding/training
Nice-to-have:
