AI Platform Engineer (DevOps)

Position: AI Platform Engineer (DevOps) Client: Enterprise Canadian Bank Type: 6 month or 12 month contract + extensions Location: Halifax Preferred or Toronto – Hybrid 2 days a week on site Rate: 60-65/hr incorporated – flexible for senior candidates REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE o An engineer mindset, SDLC experience with production class delivery, strong analytical mindset, communication skills, and sense of ownership / drive o 2+ years of development experience in one of the following languages: Java, Python, Javascript/TypeScript, C#, C/C++, Python o Experience with application and system design patterns o Experience with Docker or Kubernetes o Experience with Agile methodologies, ie SCRUM NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE o Experience with Elastic Search and Kibana o Experience using DevOps CICD tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, UrbanCodeDeploy o Experience with a public cloud technology, i.e. Azure, AWS o Experience building or supporting distributed applications
