🚀 Now Hiring: Lead Software Engineer (Full-Stack) – Capital Markets Technology
We are currently hiring for a Lead Software Engineer (Full-Stack) role within a fast-paced capital markets technology environment supporting institutional equities and derivatives post-trade systems.
💡 What you’ll be doing:
Lead full-stack development of enterprise-grade trading and post-trade applications
Own technical design, architecture, and delivery of scalable solutions
Support production systems and resolve daily operational issues
Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies and drive sprint execution
Collaborate with business, architecture, QA, and vendor teams
Build high-performance systems in near real-time trading environments
🧠 What we’re looking for:
5+ years in enterprise full-stack development (Java + Angular / JavaScript / front-end technologies)
2+ years in a technical leadership or lead role
Strong SQL and database design experience
Experience with Linux/Unix environments
Exposure to capital markets (equities, derivatives, or post-trade systems)
Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD, Kubernetes, Docker)
Messaging technologies (Kafka, MQ, JMS, FIX, Solace)
Strong Agile Scrum leadership experience
Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders
