Requirements
✅ 5+ years Wireless Solutions Architect experience (enterprise, multi-site)
✅ Active Cisco CCIE – Wireless
✅ Bachelor’s in IT or Engineering

Strong experience with:
👉 Enterprise Wi-Fi architecture, standardization, and rollout
👉 802.1X, WPA2/WPA3 Enterprise, certificate-based authentication
👉 Cisco ISE (policies, profiling, posture, dynamic VLANs)
👉 SSID strategy, guest access, segmentation design
👉 L2/L3 traffic flows, RF design, QoS
👉 DNS, DHCP, PKI, NAC, firewall integration
👉 Experience with wireless refresh/migration and large-scale deployments
👉 Strong documentation, ARB presentations, and stakeholder facilitation
