Hiring: Jr. BA/Developer
Location: Downtown Toronto – Hybrid – 3 days on site

Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills
• 1-3 years of experience with a strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals sufficient to evaluate design decisions and reason through system behaviour.
• Strong technical writing skills, including requirements documentation, decision summaries, and meeting artifacts.
.• Ability to create and interpret sequence diagrams, flow charts, and system visuals using tools such as Visio or PlantUML.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Exposure to Identity and Access Management concepts such as OIDC, SAML, and OAuth 2.0.
