Kelly Services has partnered with a client in Toronto, ON to recruit for a temp to perm opportunity
Role: Facilities Coordinator
Downtown Toronto, ON | In-office (Mon–Fri)
Temporary 3-month position with potential to go permanent
Our customer is looking for a highly organized, people-focused Facilities Coordinator to own the day-to-day rhythm of their Toronto office. This role is all about creating a seamless, welcoming, and well-run workplace experience for employees, guests, and partners.
You’ll be the go-to person for office operations, facilities coordination, vendors, supplies, and employee experience moments, while working closely with the Workplace & Facilities Manager on projects that keep their office running at its best.
RESPONSIBILITIES:Be the first point of contact in the office; welcoming employees, guests, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
Responding to workplace requests quickly and effectively, ensuring a great day-to-day employee experience
Coordinate office operations including maintenance, security access, and facilities requests
Manage vendors, supplies, inventory, ordering, and basic budget tracking
Support planning and execution of office events and employee engagement activities
Partner on workplace projects and help track timelines and deliverables
Keep the office running smoothly, efficiently, and looking its best
QUALIFICATIONS:
3+ years in office administration, workplace services, facilities, or similar roles
Strong customer service mindset; you genuinely enjoy helping people
Excellent organization skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Intermediate–advanced MS Office and Google Workspace skills
Ability to lift upto 25lbs when needed
Nice to HaveExperience in events coordination or workplace engagement
Vendor or facilities management experience
Exposure to health & safety processes (JHSC, First Aid, Fire Warden)
Background in a tech or high-growth company
Perks3-month temporary position with potential to go permanently
Pay rate ranges from $27.00 – $29.00 per hour, depending on experience
