📍 Hiring: Bilingual Relocation Advisor | Ottawa (Hybrid) We’re hiring a Bilingual Relocation Advisor to support individuals and families navigating relocations across Canada. If you’re someone who brings empathy, strong communication, and attention to detail to your work — this could be a great fit. What you’ll do: Support clients via phone, email, and chat Guide transferees through relocation policies and processes Lead planning calls and ensure a smooth relocation experience Review and process expenses and documentation What we’re looking for: 2+ years in customer service or advisory roles Bilingual in French & English (required) Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Details: $22/hour Full-time, Monday–Friday (rotating shifts) 4–6 weeks onsite training in downtown Ottawa, then remote (based on performance) Must be eligible for enhanced Government of Canada security clearance Great opportunity to gain public sector exposure and join a supportive, people-first team. 👉 If you or someone in your network might be interested, feel free to reach out or apply!
