We’re looking for a Marketing Enablement Manager to join a high performing Agile marketing team in Toronto on a hybrid schedule.

💰 Rate: $120–$140/hr
📍 Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

We need a true Adobe Journey Optimizer SME who can step in immediately executing complex, data-driven customer journeys, optimizing campaign performance, and helping elevate how the team uses AJO.

What you’ll be doing:
• Building and deploying campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer
• Taking ownership of backlog execution and optimization opportunities
• Improving targeting, segmentation, and journey design
• Partnering across Agile squads and product teams
• Strengthening QA, compliance, and campaign accuracy
• Bringing best practices that raise platform maturity
