🚀 Hiring: Senior Finance Analyst | Toronto (Hybrid)
Are you a numbers person with a knack for strategic storytelling? We are looking for a Finance Analyst III to join a collaborative, high-energy Strategic Operations team in Toronto!

This is a critical 3-month contract role focused on the planning and budgeting phase for major marketing initiatives. If you enjoy driving financial accuracy while influencing business decisions, this is the spot for you.

The Highlights
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
Duration: 3 Months (ASAP Start)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours/week

You’ll be the “go-to” for marketing expense management, helping the team hit strategic financial targets. Your day-to-day will involve:
Expense Reporting: Leading month-end processes, accruals, and monthly outlooks.
Financial Analysis: Providing insightful commentary on segment expenses and making budget recommendations to Marketing Planners.
Modeling: Developing new Excel models to provide clarity for executives and functional stakeholders.
System Integrity: Managing budgets within Quickbase and ensuring alignment between Marketing and Finance systems.
What You Bring
Experience: 3+ years in Finance, Accounting, or FP&A.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (modeling) and the full MS Office Suite.
Acumen: A strong understanding of accounting principles and data visualization.
Communication: The ability to translate complex data into concise, logical messages for internal stakeholders.

Bonus Points for:
Experience with Quickbase or SharePoint.
Prior experience in the Banking or Financial Services sector.
