Now Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Developer / Engineer (GRC / IRM Focus) | Toronto | Contract

Looking to connect with strong ServiceNow professionals who can own end-to-end development, architecture, and integration across complex enterprise environments — especially within risk, compliance, and governance (GRC) domains.

🔧 What We’re Looking For (Must-Have Skills)
✔️ 6+ years of IT development & engineering experience
✔️ 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development (deep customization & troubleshooting)
✔️ Strong experience with:
JavaScript (6+ years)
REST / SOAP API integrations
Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs
UI Actions, Flow Designer, Workflow Editor
✔️ Solid understanding of:
System design & integration patterns
Secure development practices

✔️ Certifications:
CSA & CAD (Must-have)
CIS-RC, CTA, ArchX (Nice-to-have)

⭐ Nice-to-Have (Big Plus!)
• Experience with ServiceNow IRM (Integrated Risk Management)
• Exposure to large-scale IRM or enterprise GRC implementations
• Background in Financial Services / Risk / Compliance / Audit
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks, risk & controls, issue management
• Data governance, metadata, taxonomy models
• Agile / iterative delivery environments
• ITIL certification
• Experience with AI within ServiceNow 🤖
