Now Hiring: Bilingual(EN/FR) Performance Manager (Automotive CRM / Client Success) | Fulltime Opportunity
📍 Ottawa / Gatineau (Field-Based Role)
We’re hiring a Bilingual Performance Manager to join a high-impact, client-facing team supporting dealership partners across the Ottawa/Gatineau region.
This is not your typical account management role — it’s a hybrid of Customer Success + Dealership Consulting, where you’ll directly influence dealer performance, CRM adoption, and revenue outcomes.
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own a portfolio of dealership clients and act as their trusted advisor, driving performance through data, training, and strategy:
Lead monthly performance reviews with Dealer Principals, GMs & Sales Managers
Drive CRM (Activix) adoption and optimization across dealerships
Analyze KPIs, identify gaps, and recommend actionable improvements
Train dealership teams on best practices, workflows & product usage
Strengthen relationships, improve retention, and uncover growth opportunities
Act as the bridge between client needs and internal product teams
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
We’re targeting candidates from two strong backgrounds:
1️⃣ Dealership / Automotive Retail
Sales Rep, Sales Manager, or dealership operations experience
Understands showroom dynamics, CRM challenges, and sales processes
2️⃣ Automotive SaaS / CRM (Customer Success / AM)
Experience with platforms like CDK, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealer.com, etc.
Strong track record managing dealer portfolios and driving retention
✅ Must-Haves
🇫🇷🇬🇧 Fully Bilingual (French & English) — operational fluency required
Automotive dealership, OEM, or automotive tech experience
2+ years in Account Management / Customer Success (B2B)
Strong ability to present to senior stakeholders
Data-driven mindset — able to interpret and present performance metrics
