I’m #hiring for a Bilingual Level 1 Helpdesk for a Major Fortune100 Retailer in Canada! (6 months contract + possible extensions, 1 day per week to North York office)
[*First 3 weeks training Mon-Fri – 7 am to 4 pm EST – also gotta be able to do 2 pm to 11 pm shifts]
*Pay: $21 per hour T4/ $25 per hour INC.

Looking for:
· University/College degree in a related area of study, or equivalent experience.
· Relevant work experience in a retail help desk or call center.
· Demonstrated teamwork experience is a must.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English & French)
· Familiarity with support area for problem escalation is essential.
· Strong motivation and team building skills are desired.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Ability to work some evenings and weekends
