Senior Manager, Store Planning and BIM

Position: Senior Manager, Store Planning and BIM Client: Enterprise Retail Client Interview Process: 3 round interview process – HR, director and last round in person Location: Mississauga, ON – in office 5 days per week Type: PERM Salary: 125- 135k + 20% bonus, 20% stock, benefits, vacation REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE -2-3 years of past people management experience (they will manage a team of 6 in this role) -7-15 years of experience working within design (space planner or design manager) -2+ recent years of experience working within big box retail environment – BIM / ACC / QA/QC Management and Standards Development – Proficiency with Revit/Revit Families -Proficiency of Gen AI tools – how can we do QA and be more efficient with task using AI and tools such as Autodesk -Ability to learn and apply AI principles – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PPT, Bluebeam – Strong leadership, communication skills, and project management – Strong understanding of having an enterprise center of excellence standard – Comfortable with working on-site 5 days per week
