🌟 About the Opportunity
We are partnering with a leading enterprise organization to hire an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join a high-performing Marketing Technology team.
This team drives large-scale, omni-channel digital messaging initiatives, delivering billions of customer interactions annually across email 📧, SMS 💬, and push notifications 📲.
You’ll play a key role in building, optimizing, and scaling a best-in-class Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) ecosystem within a complex, multi-org environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
🔧 Develop and enhance solutions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
🧭 Build and optimize customer journeys using Journey Builder, Automation Studio & Email Studio
🔌 Design and support integrations between SFMC and external platforms
🤝 Collaborate with product owners, architects & stakeholders to deliver marketing initiatives
🐛 Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues at root cause level
📊 Ensure compliance with marketing and data governance standards
📚 Contribute to documentation and continuous platform improvements

Must-Have Experience
⭐ 3+ years hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
⚙️ Strong expertise in:
Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Email Studio
SQL, AMPScript, SSJS
🔗 Experience with REST & SOAP APIs
🌐 Web development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
🔄 Experience integrating SFMC with enterprise platforms (CRM, CDP, middleware)
📣 Strong understanding of Email, SMS & Push marketing best practice

Nice to Have
🏅 Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud Developer / Consultant)
🛠 Experience with JIRA, Confluence
🔁 Agile project experience
🏢 Large enterprise marketing environment exposure
