Human Resources Coordinator | Toronto (Hybrid)

We’re hiring a Human Resources Coordinator to help streamline and elevate HR operations across a growing Canadian team, while collaborating closely with U.S.-based stakeholders.
🚀 What You’ll Do
Coordinate full-cycle recruitment, onboarding & offboarding
Act as a key liaison between Canada & U.S. HR teams
Support payroll, benefits, and HRIS administration
Help improve and streamline HR processes and workflows
Contribute to employee engagement, reporting, and HR initiatives
🔑 What You Bring
1–3 years of HR experience (coordination or operations)
Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
Experience with HRIS, payroll, and employee lifecycle processes
Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven mindset
Exposure to cross-border HR environments is a plus
📍 Role Details
Location: Toronto (Hybrid / Flexible)
Type: Permanent
Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000 CAD + benefits
