Now Hiring: Ethics & Equity HR Advisor
Location: Oshawa, ON (Onsite)
6-month contract (TO START)
Hourly Rate: $37.00 – $45.00/hour (inc. + HST)

We’re partnering with a leading Energy Sector client to find an HR-focused Ethics & Equity Advisor who can step in and make an immediate impact. If your background is rooted in Employee Relations, HR advisory, and workplace investigations, this is a strong opportunity to apply your expertise in a governance driven environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead intake, assessment, and support for employee relations & ethics-related cases
• Advise leaders and HR partners on workplace concerns, conflict of interest, and appropriate actions
• Support and participate in workplace investigations and case management
• Ensure documentation aligns with HR policies, compliance standards, and fairness principles

What makes you a fit:

• Strong background in HR, Employee Relations, or HR Operations
• Experience handling sensitive workplace issues and investigations
• Solid understanding of codes of conduct, ethics frameworks, and HR governance
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• CHRP designation is an asset
