Now Hiring: 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫, 𝐏𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞 & 𝐂𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 Fully Onsite | Midtown Toronto We’re partnering with a high-growth real estate investment and development organization with billions in assets under management and a rapidly expanding residential portfolio. This is a high-impact opportunity for an HR Business Partner/Manager to support a growing operational division in a hands-on, visible role. 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: • Act as the primary HR partner supporting a growing operational portfolio across hourly and corporate populations  • Lead employee relations, performance management, engagement initiatives, and training programs  • Partner with hiring leaders on workforce and recruitment needs, including full-cycle hiring and onboarding  • Travel regularly to GTA properties to support onsite teams and drive culture and leadership alignment 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬: • 5+ years progressive HR experience with 1–2+ years in a leadership or HR business partner capacity  • Strong employee relations experience including investigations, terminations, and performance management  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment supporting diverse employee groups  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with exposure to senior leadership 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐬: • Experience in real estate, property management, hospitality, professional services, or larger structured organizations is desired This is a high-profile role within a scaling organization offering broad scope, strong leadership exposure, and clear progression.
