We’re Hiring: Senior Project Controls Specialists 🚨 🔌

Pickering & Oshawa, ON (100% On-Site)
Structure: Contract 12 months to start
Pay: $88.00 – $96.00 p/h inc. + HST

We have multiple opportunities across both Pickering and Oshawa to support one of our Energy Sector clients in a contract capacity! If you’re an experienced Project Controls professional with a strong background in cost control, forecasting, and reporting, this is a great opportunity to get involved in high impact projects.

What you’ll do:

Lead and maintain project controls activities including cost baselines, resource planning, forecasting, dashboards, and compliance with project control standards
Produce detailed reporting: status updates, variance analysis, earned value metrics, and cash flow forecasts

Experience Required:

5–8 years of experience in cost control or project controls within engineering, construction, or infrastructure environments
Strong expertise in variance analysis, forecasting, earned value management (EVM), and performance reporting
Experience managing WBS, cost breakdown structures, and baseline/budget alignment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and project reporting tools
Degree in engineering, construction management, or a related quantitative discipline
