We’re #hiring: Director of Fixed Income Technology | Toronto (Downtown)

We’re excited to partner with a leading Banking client on a senior leadership opportunity within Fixed Income Technology. This role will drive large-scale modernization initiatives, oversee global production support, and lead high-performing teams across multiple regions.

– Strategic leadership of global Fixed Income settlements & clearing technology
– Ownership of complex programs ($2M–$15M budgets)
– Strong focus on Agile, DevOps, and modernization initiatives
– Building and scaling a high-performing technology team

Key requirement: Deep experience with Fixed Income trading systems, ideally #Broadridge (IMPACT).

This is a high-impact leadership role offering up to $200K CAD + bonus.
