Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an SFMC Campaign Quality Control Analyst- Entry. In this position, you will be an integral part of the Digital & Direct Executions team, responsible for validating and ensuring the quality of client-facing email, SMS, and web campaigns developed in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain end-to-end exposure to digital marketing processes within a dynamic banking environment.

Pay rate range (CAD): $17.60 – $47.10

Responsibilities

Evaluate email, SMS, web pages, and customer journeys against quality standards
Prioritize, plan, and execute comprehensive testing activities
Sign-off on digital assets ensuring they meet quality and compliance standards
Maintain detailed documentation of checklists, standards, and reference materials
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout campaign cycles
Identify, analyze, and document defects, issues, and discrepancies
Recommend effective solutions for recurring issues and defects
Monitor and improve testing processes to streamline workflows
Review feedback from clients, users, and stakeholders to enhance quality controls
Support the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures
Desired Skill-Set

2+ years experience in email/web testing, campaign execution, or quality assurance
Hands-on experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, Workfront)
Proficiency with automated email testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid, DiffChecker)
Web page testing experience using SauceLabs, BrowserStack or similar platforms
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0, AODA, web accessibility best practices)
Experience with workflow management systems like Workfront or JIRA
Nice to Have

Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, SQL)
Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud
Previous roles as a campaign developer or QA analyst
Bilingual in English and French
