RBC is hiring an Associate Director – Lead QE/AI Engineer to join our Capital Markets Technology Team. This role is not a traditional Quality Engineering position; it represents the next generation of Quality Engineering combined with AI. You will work on Gen AI, AI agents, automation frameworks, data pipelines, and lead quality transformation initiatives.
