AWS Connect Engineer

🔹 Hiring: AWS Connect Engineer (Contract) | Toronto, ON | Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced AWS Connect Engineer to join a dynamic Contact Center team in a hybrid work model (3 days/week onsite) in Toronto.

Key Requirements:
• 6–8 years of experience in Amazon Connect development
• Strong expertise in AWS Lambda, Python, and Node.js
• Experience with serverless architecture & API integrations
• Knowledge of Amazon Lex (V2), IVR, and contact flow design
• Exposure to real-time data processing (Kinesis, DynamoDB, S3)
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation)

This role involves designing and deploying scalable contact center solutions, integrating systems, and building intelligent customer experiences.
