Job Title: Business Analyst – Technology Risk
Location: Hybrid (Toronto) or Remote
Duration: 4 months
Overview:
Seeking a Business Analyst to support technology risk initiatives. You will gather and document requirements, support UAT, map processes, and work with stakeholders to deliver technology solutions.
Must-Haves:
Business analysis experience in technology or operational risk
Strong documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder skills
Experience in financial services or regulated environments
Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Nice-to-Have:
ServiceNow platform experience (ITSM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM)
Work: Hybrid or remote, 37.5 hrs/week
