📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
Experience: 7-10 years
Pay Range: $50-55/Hr

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Pega LSA with AI expertise to lead AI-assisted legacy application modernization initiatives within large Telecom environments.
This role focuses on legacy discovery, documentation, and modernization planning using CAALM powered by Pega GenAI Blueprint, working closely with SMEs, architects, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead legacy application discovery across OSS/BSS and related platforms
Perform source code analysis to extract workflows, business rules, and data models using CAALM tools
Produce modernization artifacts including application documentation, workflow models, rule catalogs, and data glossaries
Support application rationalization and modernization roadmaps, including business case inputs
Facilitate workshops with business and technical SMEs to validate logic and identify gaps
Collaborate with Pega architects to transition legacy insights into target-state Pega designs
Ensure secure handling of application data and compliance with client policies

Required Skills & Experience:
8–10 years in legacy modernization, transformation, or architecture roles
Hands-on experience with CAALM, Pega Blueprint, or AI-assisted discovery tools
Strong understanding of legacy technologies (COBOL, Java, .NET, mainframe, etc.)
Ability to translate technical logic into business-readable documentation
Strong stakeholder communication and workshop facilitation skills

Nice to Have:
Telecom / Media domain experience (OSS/BSS, service assurance, inventory, orchestration)
