OCM Strategy Lead

Hiring: OCM Strategy Lead (Insurance Domain)
📍 Toronto, ON (Hybrid)
We are looking for an experienced OCM Strategy Lead to drive large-scale transformation initiatives for leading insurance clients. This role combines advisory, strategy, and delivery leadership to ensure successful organizational change and business value realization.
🔹 Key Highlights:
Lead end-to-end OCM strategy & execution
Engage with C-suite stakeholders
Drive transformation across underwriting, claims, policy admin, etc.
Oversee communication, training, and change readiness
Ensure measurable business outcomes & value realization
🔹 Requirements:
10–15 years in OCM within Insurance
Strong experience in transformation strategy & delivery
Expertise in stakeholder management & executive engagement
Exposure to digital transformation (AI, Cloud, Automation)
Experience with platforms like Guidewire/Duck Creek/Majesco (preferred)
✅ Certifications like PMP / Prosci / SAFe are a plus
