Hiring: Operations Officer III | Securities (Capital Markets)

Are you a finance professional with a sharp eye for reconciliations and a passion for Capital Markets? We are looking for an Operations Officer III to join a high-performing team at Downtown, Toronto!

This is a fantastic 1-year contract opportunity (with extension/conversion potential) to gain deep exposure to Prime Brokerage, Securities Lending, and the Securities platforms.

The Role at a Glance:
Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite 5 days for 90 days, then 1 day WFH per week).
Focus: 100% Back-office support for lending business operations, settlement in CDS/DTC, and data processing.
Term: 1 Year (Starts ASAP – April 6, 2026).

What You Bring:
✅ 5+ years of Banking/Financial Services experience.
✅ Strong expertise in Reconciliations and MS Excel.
✅ Knowledge of Capital Markets, Trading, or Securities Lending.
✅ University Degree (CSC, CFA, or FRM certifications are highly preferred).
✅ A detail-oriented mindset with the ability to meet strict end-of-day settlement deadlines.
