Skills and Experience
Proven experience supporting or implementing Workday Payroll preferably including UK Payroll
Strong hands on experience with Workday Payroll configuration earnings deductions taxation pay groups calendars retro processing etc
Experience designing and supporting Workday integrations EIB Core Connectors Studio preferred
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory compliance requirements from a system configuration perspective
Experience supporting Workday releases and managing change in a production environment
Proficiency in Workday reporting calculated fields and data validation techniques
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose system and integration issues
Ability to work cross functionally with HR Finance and Technology teams in a structured project driven environment
Excellent documentation and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to functional stakeholders
