Hiring: Gen AI Developer (Python) – Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)
We have a new full-time Position Gen AI Developer. Looking for senior candidates with strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Python.
📍 Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
💼 Employment Type: Full-time
🧠 Experience: 10+ years required
🧪 Coding test: Yes (Python + GenAI focus)
🔧 Required Skills:
• Strong hands-on experience as a Generative AI Developer
• Python development expertise
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG
• OpenAI / Azure OpenAI / LLM integration experience
• LangChain / LlamaIndex experience preferred
• Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, etc.)
• API development & integration
• Experience building production-ready GenAI applications
🎯 Ideal Candidate:
• Currently working as a Gen AI Developer
• Strong coding background in Python
• Experience leading GenAI solutions end-to-end
• Enterprise-level implementation experience
