We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Banking and Client Onboarding for an exciting contract opportunity.

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Work as a Business Systems Analyst in Agile/Hybrid environments
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Support Client Onboarding and KYC workflows, including rules and dependencies
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to bridge communication gaps
• Support application integrations and downstream reporting
• Participate in application migration projects (on-prem to SaaS)

🛠️ Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Banking and Client Onboarding / KYC processes
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Understanding of system integrations and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in application migration (on-prem → SaaS)
• Fenergo (FenX) experience – highly preferred

➕ Nice to Have:
• Banking domain expertise & FinTech exposure
• Experience with MySQL
