Hiring: SQL Data Developer – Toronto, ON (Hybrid | Contract)
We are seeking an experienced SQL Data Developer for a contract opportunity in Toronto, Canada (Hybrid).

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze complex business requirements and design data pipelines
• Develop data preprocessing, parsing, and transformation solutions
• Work with MS SQL Server to build stored procedures, functions, and ETL processes
• Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support QA/integration testing
• Debug end-to-end workflows and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support offshore coordination
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to architecture and standards

🛠️ Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in MS SQL Server, RDBMS, and advanced SQL
• Hands-on experience with SSIS/DTS and data transformation
• Experience with VB.NET scripting
• Proficiency in handling XML, CSV, fixed-length, and delimited data formats
• Knowledge of GitLab, CI/CD, and Artifactory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

➕ Nice to Have:
• Banking/Financial domain experience (Statements, Taxes, Cheque Processing)
• Experience working with offshore teams
