Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid, 3–4 days in-office)
Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 CAD
Are you a hands-on technical leader ready to guide a skilled infrastructure team while staying deep in the tech? Join us as a Team Lead, Corporate Systems, where you’ll balance mentorship with active contributions across servers, networking, virtualization, cloud, storage, and production operations.
What You’ll Do:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5+ engineers across infrastructure and production operations.
Own day-to-day operations for servers, storage, virtualization, networking, and cloud services (Azure/AWS).
Participate hands-on in cross-functional projects, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with enterprise standards.
Maintain uptime, reliability, and operational excellence while improving processes, automation, and service quality.
Collaborate with developers, architects, security teams, and vendors to deliver innovative IT solutions.
What We’re Looking For:
7+ years in infrastructure operations or systems engineering (servers, networking, storage, virtualization, cloud).
2+ years in technical or team leadership roles.
Strong expertise in containers & orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), networking (Fortinet/Cisco), virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V/Proxmox), and systems administration (RHEL/Debian/Windows Server).
Experience with Python, Bash, PowerShell, and IaC/CI-CD tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
