10 years overall with 8 years on ServiceNow platform
End to end solution governance for legal service delivery and compliance
Ability to design enterprise level integrations and ensure security adherence
Hands on configuration and review of ServiceNow workflows scripts and integrations
Collaborate with ServiceNow product owners and stakeholders for signoff
Stay updated with latest ServiceNow releases and architecture standards
Own Workplace ESG roadmap with client sustainability officers
Drive enterprise GRCIRM architecture and onsite client risk governance

Good to have
CSA CIS CTA certifications
Experience across multiple modules CSM IRM Workplace ITSM HRSD and FSO
Knowledge of AI Search Now Assist and advanced automation
