We’re looking for a results-driven Key Account Manager to lead a major account (WCB-NS) and drive growth, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.

What you’ll do:

✔Act as the primary relationship lead for WCB-NS
✔Drive account growth and expand service offerings
✔Lead RFP development and submissions
✔Monitor performance, ensuring SLA/KPI success across clinics
✔Partner internally to optimize operations and outcomes
