Hiring: Business Systems Analyst (BSA) – 2 Roles (Payments & Trading/Compliance)
📍 Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid)
💼 Experience: 8–10+ Years

We are hiring Business Systems Analysts (BSA) for the following roles:

🔹 Role 1: Business Analyst with Trading & Compliance (FX/Commodities)
• Work on compliance-driven initiatives across trading platforms
• Handle requirements for audit, regulatory, and lifecycle workflows
• Configure and support Broadridge Gloss platform
• Design trade lifecycle data mapping and workflows
🔴 Mandatory Skills (Role 1):
✔ BSA experience
✔ Strong knowledge of FX & Commodity Trading Systems
✔ Broadridge Gloss experience (MANDATORY)
✔ Understanding of Order–Trade Lifecycle & compliance workflows

🔹 Role 2: Business Analyst with Cards & Payments
• Work on payment systems and network architecture
• Gather requirements and support payment lifecycle processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders and manage JIRA workflows
• Support authorization, posting, and reconciliation processes
🔴 Mandatory Skills (Role 2):
✔ BSA experience in Cards & Payments
✔ Payment Systems: Mastercard, Visa, Interac, TSYS
✔ Payment Switch experience (FIS Connex preferred)
✔ Knowledge of payment lifecycle & network architecture

🟡 Preferred Skills (Both Roles):
• Python scripting / automation
• ElasticSearch (ES)
• Data mapping, integration & lineage
• Stakeholder management & JIRA
• Application migration (On-prem to Cloud)
