Intermediate Business Analyst (Commercial Financial Products) (Kitchener/Waterloo, ON – 5 days onsite) 8-10 months to start | Possible extension
We’re hiring a Functional Business Analyst understanding system features and capabilities related to commercial finance, equipment leasing, asset-backed lending, and floor planning, translating client needs into effective business and technical solutions.

🔴 Mandatory (Pass/Fail):
✔️ Experience in commercial finance, equipment leasing, floor planning, dealer financing, or related financial services providers
✔️ Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end lending and leasing processes, including origination, credit assessment, funding, contract lifecycle management, servicing, collections, and end-of-term workflows
✔️ 5 days onsite at Kitchener/Waterloo, ON offices

Nice to have:
• Experience with DataScan/Solifi or similar commercial finance specialist products
