📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2–3 Days Onsite Alternate Weeks)
💰 Pay Rate: $55–$60/Hr INC
🕒 Experience: 8–10 Years

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior PEGA Developer with strong experience building scalable PEGA applications within the insurance domain.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in PEGA architecture, case management, and enterprise integration, with the ability to independently deliver complex solutions in Agile environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable PEGA applications aligned with insurance business processes
Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
Implement PEGA best practices including guardrails and performance standards
Develop and maintain workflows, case management processes, and integrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and architects
Lead development activities and perform code reviews
Mentor junior developers and guide best development practices

Required Technical Skills:
Strong experience with:
PEGA application development
PEGA architecture and case management
Enterprise integration and workflow automation
PEGA guardrails and performance optimization

Certification:
PEGA CSSA Certification (Required)
PEGA LSA Certification (Preferred)

Domain Expertise:
Experience in the Insurance domain is highly preferred
Understanding of insurance workflows and business processes

Professional Expectations:
Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
