Now Hiring: Customer Support Agent – Overnight

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent to join our client’s specialized team in Mississauga to support vital self-exclusion programs across Canada.

What You’ll Be Doing:
-Handling inbound calls and web inquiries with high-quality, empathetic care.
-Recognizing signs of distress and performing warm handoffs to crisis support.
-Assisting with registrations and account updates in a CRM.
-Maintaining strict privacy and confidentiality for all participants.

What We’re Looking For:
-Experience: 1–2 years in a contact center or specialized customer care environment.
-Background: Experience in crisis support, mental health, or social work is a huge asset!
-Schedule: Ability to work overnight/evening shifts (7 PM – 9 AM), including weekends.
-Training: Must be available for a 3-week full-time training (9 AM – 5 PM).
-Location: Fully onsite in Mississauga (L4W 5B3).
-Start Date: April 20th Contract: 2–4 months-
