Business Systems Analyst

Hiring: Business Systems Analyst – Toronto (Hybrid)
We are currently looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join a leading financial services team in Toronto.
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days onsite/week)
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (37.5 hrs/week, possible OT)
📅 Duration: ASAP – Nov 30, 2026 (Extension / Full-time possibility)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Analyze, document, and illustrate complex business processes
Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria in Agile environments
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams
Support Agile delivery and participate in sprint planning and ceremonies
Present business requirements to diverse stakeholder groups
🔹 Must-Have Skills
✔ 10+ years of Business Analyst experience, especially in documenting business processes
✔ 5+ years working in Agile environments
✔ 5+ years writing user stories and acceptance criteria
✔ Strong experience with MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
✔ Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence)
✔ Excellent stakeholder communication and presentation skills
🔹 Nice-to-Have
⭐ Experience in the Financial Services industry
⭐ Exposure to client-facing applications
⭐ Knowledge of Wealth Management concepts (financial planning, estate planning, investments)
⭐ Understanding of trade lifecycle
⭐ Experience in self-directed wealth management platforms
