Salary: $80-85k

Overview: Designing, maintaining, and optimizing dashboards, reporting tools, and workforce planning models. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical expertise in Power BI, data visualization, analytics, and workforce planning, who can translate complex information into actionable insights for the Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR leadership teams

This role with support the talent insight’s infrastructure; enhancing dashboards, improving data accuracy, developing predictive workforce planning models, and ensuring our TA and HR teams have reliable, high-quality analytics to drive strategic decisions.

Must Haves:

Design, build, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models that support Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning priorities.
5-7+ years of experience in Talent Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, or a related data/HR discipline
Experience supporting Talent Acquisition, HR, or Operations with workforce planning, forecasting, or talent insights
Advanced Power BI expertise, including DAX, data modeling, data transformations, and building dashboards from scratch
Develop and maintain workforce planning models, templates, and Power BI dashboards that support annual business planning and ongoing forecasting cycles.
