Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for an Infrastructure Project Manager specializing in banking. This position offers an exciting opportunity to oversee a nationwide branch workstation refresh, with a focus on delivering complex infrastructure projects on schedule and within scope.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale hardware refresh project across multiple banking branches.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans aligning infrastructure, retail, and implementation teams.
Coordinate logistics, including hardware shipping, warehouse delivery, and branch scheduling.
Manage legacy equipment removal and equipment return processes.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor project risks, dependencies, and escalate issues as required.
Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with branch access and security protocols throughout the project.
Desired Skill-Set

Over 10 years of experience delivering complex infrastructure projects, ideally within retail or banking environments.
Proven success managing large hardware deployment or infrastructure rollout projects across multiple locations.
Strong ability to independently build and execute detailed project plans.
Experience managing projects in traditional (non-Agile) delivery environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder coordination across internal teams and external vendors.
Demonstrated ability to prepare and present updates to senior management.
Calm and practical approach to problem-solving and delivery.
Nice to Have

Previous experience working within a large financial institution.
PMP certification.
Experience managing hardware refreshes or large-scale infrastructure deployments.
