Job Description:
The Senior Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Consultant will be responsible for designing, supporting, and enhancing integrations for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, Supply Chain (SCM), and EPM within a managed services (AMS) environment. This role focuses on production support, incident resolution, enhancements, and continuous improvement of Oracle Cloud integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations supporting Finance, SCM, and EPM business processes.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration failures, data issues, and performance bottlenecks in production environments.
Design and implement integration enhancements, fixes, and optimizations aligned to business requirements.
Support Oracle quarterly updates, including regression testing and remediation of integration impacts.
Work closely with functional teams (Finance, SCM, EPM) to analyze issues and ensure end‑to‑end process continuity.
Manage incident, problem, and change requests following ITIL and client governance standards.
Develop and maintain integration documentation, runbooks, and operational KPIs.
Collaborate with Oracle, third‑party vendors, and internal teams to support hybrid integration landscapes.
Contribute to automation, monitoring, and proactive issue prevention initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands‑on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
10+ Years of Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, SCM, and/or EPM integrations.
Solid understanding of REST/SOAP services, file‑based integrations, and Oracle adapters.
6+ Project experience in production support / AMS environments.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred
Experience with high‑volume, business‑critical Oracle Cloud integrations.
Exposure to AI‑enabled monitoring or automation within Oracle Cloud ecosystems.
