Project Manager

𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 (𝘌𝘚𝘖 𝘔𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘴𝘢 𝘔𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘭 𝘛𝘦𝘤𝘩𝘯𝘰𝘭𝘰𝘨𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘴𝘰𝘧𝘵𝘸𝘢𝘳𝘦)

📍 Location: Onsite preferred | Remote – Canada (occasional travel to Saskatchewan)
📅 Contract: 24 months + extension
⏳ Submission Deadline: March 18, 2026

Key Responsibilities
• Lead project planning, coordination, and governance
• Manage project schedules, deliverables, and cross-functional teams
• Develop dashboards and reporting analytics to track progress
• Oversee application validation, testing, and compatibility solutions
• Manage procurement, financial tracking, and issue escalation
• Support organizational change management initiatives
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders at all levels
• Monitor project risks, issues, and decision tracking
• Support requirements gathering, detailed design, and future-state development

Required Qualifications
✅ 5+ years of Project Management experience
✅ 2+ years managing large-scale IT software or infrastructure projects
✅ 2+ years of organizational change management experience
✅ Experience working with ESO Medusa Medical Technologies software
✅ PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
✅ Post-secondary degree in Business Administration or related field

⭐ Strong project planning, WBS creation, and estimation skills
⭐ Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership abilities
