We’re Hiring: Project Manager (Healthcare IT)

BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a Saskatchewan-based healthcare information system Crown corporation on a major digital health transformation initiative.

The selected candidate will help lead the implementation of the provincial electronic Patient Care Report (ePCR) system, enabling ambulance services to move from paper-based reporting to a modern digital EMS platform.

📍 Preferred Onsite: Regina, SK
🌎 Remote within Canada considered (occasional travel required)
🕘 CST hours: 8 AM – 5 PM
📄 Long-term contract opportunity

We’re looking for expertise in:
✔ Large-scale IT project management
✔ PMP-certified professionals
✔ Organizational change management
✔ Healthcare or EMS systems (such as ESO Medusa Medical Technologies)
✔ Cross-functional stakeholder leadership
