IT Program/Project Manager

We are Hiring: Intermediate IT Program/Project Manager ⬛

◼️ Contract: 1-year contract with option to extend for 9 months )
◼️ Location: Onsite, Ontario
◼️ Compensation: $85.00-$105.00 per hour (depending on skills and experience)

◾ Key Highlights:
▪️ Lead HIS integration and hospital onboarding
▪️ Collaborate with clinicians, LDGs, and internal teams to drive adoption
▪️ Manage program risks, change management, and project dashboards
▪️ Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and governance standards

◾ Requirements:
▪️ 5-7 years of healthcare program/project management experience
▪️ Knowledge of HIS, referral systems, or Central Intake workflows
▪️ Skilled in Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and project documentation
▪️ Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills
