Senior UX Designer

Hiring: Senior UX Designer – Toronto, ON (Onsite)
We are looking for an experienced Senior UX Designer to support a major project in Toronto. If you are passionate about user-centered design, research, and building impactful digital services, we’d love to connect!
📍 Location: Toronto, ON (Onsite)
⏳ Duration: 12+ Months
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead UX activities across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases following the Ontario Digital Service Design playbook
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility testing
• Create personas, storyboards, service blueprints, and clickable prototypes
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and stakeholders in Agile (Scrum) environments
• Design and iterate solutions using modern UX tools
🔹 Required Skills:
• Strong experience with UX design best practices and responsive/mobile-first design
• Hands-on with Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, Adobe Creative Cloud, Zeplin
• Experience facilitating user interviews, research synthesis, and usability testing
• Exposure to HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (React/Angular/NodeJS) is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
