I am currently headhunting for a Human Resources Business Partner to join a Top 10 Global Financial Institution here in the GTA. This is a “second-in-command” style mandate that goes far beyond traditional HR – you’ll be a key advisor on manpower planning, succession, and regulatory governance.

The Highlights:
✅ Strategic Impact: Lead workforce planning, ER, and policy development under OSFI & Canada Labour Code.
✅ Currently downtown, but the team is moving to a brand-new Richmond Hill office at the end of April! 🚗
✅ Mandatory: Fluency in Mandarin & English (Spoken/Written).
✅ The Package: $95k–$110k base + discretionary bonus + 100% employer-paid benefits.
