Exciting Opportunity: Help Desk(French requried)
Location: Downtown Toronto – Hybrid
Rate: 25/hr
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
1) 1+ years of experience in a customer service-related position.
2) 1+ years of experience in phone customer support – preferably within the financial transactions space.
3) Experience probing and identifying customers’ problems – problem-solving and analytical thinking demonstrated in a recent project or position.
4) French-speaking is mandatory
